The girls can feel it and everyday when we leave for school they will show me the buds on the Maple Tree in our backyard and share how they have noticed them getting bigger, or if it is above freezing, the wonderful smell of earth I really liked the reference to the New York Times article - words are very powerful - as you have demonstrated.
