Once again John-paul has chosen just the right pictures and words. Would that being loved was all that is needed to make you well... you'd be skipping about the place, singing, without time to write even one word. Think back to the good days, of the current better than could be days, and rejoice.

This all reminds me of the line from the hymn: "Love to the loveless shown that they might lovely be." It's certainly happened to Alphie. And it seems to happen to all of us, too. It's pretty profound that, with all our bad instincts and bad habits and just plain badness, we are made lovely by love.

I'm glad you're taking action to tackle the depression and fatigue, and I pray it will be most successful. Be assured that you are loved -- by very, very many -- and especially, of course, by God himself.
Love,
Charlyne

In these matters the only certainty is that nothing is certain.
Pliny the Elder (23 AD - 79 AD)

I think I was drawn to this quote not only for the message but also for the author's name. I think I could say with great certainty that I would rather not be called Pliny - Pliny the younger, the middle aged, or even baby Pliny. So actually there are some certainties. Such as, that I am also the great dog rug laying at your feet basking in your love - of that I have always been certain. Woof!

H (I'll try not to drool - but the lobotomy part of this sensation explains a lot)
