Happy May Connie and all --

Seems like a nice midwest spring has sprung your way. Susan's garden is coming along well, helped by a visit to a very nice Asian nursery near Pasadena; finally found Japanese eggplants.

----
We thought very much about you on that same Pasadena visit when Susan was able to join me at a Sunday service at the Universalist Unitarian Neighborhood Church in Pasadena (uuneighborhood.org). That church really "fits" both of us. (Pasadena is 75 miles from our home, but Susan's sister lives there with her spouse, whose sister and her spouse sing in the UU choir.)

Again, happy, happy Spring -- nice to think you of you and the A-dog heading out for a very early morning stroll.

Our warmest best to you people (and dog),

Dear Connie,
This is encouraging news! Thanks be to God! I will continue to pray for the increase of those red and white cells.

You will have orioles soon, as I now have one snacking at my grape jelly feeder. It is like seeing a long-lost friend!

I am looking forward to visiting with you in the near future. It will be an absolute pleasure to walk the Sanctuary paths with you and Alphie . . . and Charles, too, of course!!!

Love you,
Mindy
