Westward Ho!!

Can't wait to read about the next adventure of Charles & Connie!

So glad you are feeling well -- and I hope that your diet, along with your mouth, is back to normal again.

Love from Mindy and howls from "The Hounds of Kansas City"

Hi Connie, Charles, Alphie, birds, bugs, snakes,& plants!

Whew, what an inventory! Very nicely described for us, Connie. Thanks so much.

We are enjoying three mid-week nights in a small one bedroom apartment in Laguna Beach (vrbo.com/63415) will get you there -- it is very cozy, and reminds us a lot of our former coastal place in Oregon. 'Tis such a special place for us in one of your ocean/pines "heavens."

We are also enjoying our new subscription to the Naxos Music Library (no, this isn't a paid ad!!). I mentioned long ago that I enjoy the very cheap $15/year) Naxos.com site, but the limitation is that you can play only Naxos CD's and you have to trigger each track separately (a real hassle in mass pieces!) So, I finally took the plunge ($15 month/$150/year) for the Library service. If you have the Flashplayer it is just great, because you, via Naxos, have access to many independent labels as well as the Naxos collection.

Anybody wanna buy our 400+ classical LPs? Not really, but the Naxos Library really makes it (relatively!)easy to prepare for concerts by learning and listening to the specific pieces. Thus, we are working hard on several concerts at the La Jolla Chamber Music Festival in August.

Glad the mouth paste seems to work, and glad, also that you can share with us the joys of the Sanctuary landscape, AND THAT REALLY EXCELLENT ALPHIE "PORTRAIT."

cheers, and our warmest best to you three,
